Our reservation-based departures run on Wednesday through Saturday, with morning and afternoon windows available. Meeting points are arranged in a market or food district in Cali, and booking details are confirmed in advance so guests know what to expect before the tour begins.

Tours are typically three hours long and suited to groups of three to ten participants. Depending on the route, guests can expect four to six tastings, with advance dietary information requested at least forty-eight hours before departure so the experience can be reviewed properly.
